             Technical Analyst Job Details Job Location Administration - Marlton, NJ Position Type Full Time Education Level High School Salary Range $50000.00 - $60000.00 Salary Travel Percentage Up to 50% Job Category Information Technology The Technical Analyst is responsible for analyzing and supporting Information Technology for Legacy Treatment Services and the Woods System of Care (WSOC). This role acts as a bridge between IT and other departments, ensuring technology aligns across the entire Woods System of Care. Provides technical support, assists with system upgrades and works with leadership across all affiliates. Must be able to travel to affiliate locations if required and be available for emergency support as needed. Key responsibilities include: + Technical Support: Provide technical support for IT services, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues at Legacy Treatment Services and the WSOC. + System Management: Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and standardized software programs. Assist with system upgrades and ensure systems are operating efficiently. + Collaboration: Work with IT departments within the WSOC to analyze technical issues and design efficient solutions. + Training: Provide training to users or colleagues on the use of Microsoft 365 products and various software packages. + Compliance: Ensure compliance with the WSOC and industry standards, policies, and regulations related to information security or system performance. + Inform IT leadership of unresolved network or end-user support issues. + Maintain and coordinate inventory of all hardware and software. + Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from end users to improve systems and stay abreast of technological advancements to recommend improvements to the WSOC. More than two years’ experience in IT support or related role. Professional certifications such as A+ and Microsoft preferred. Your driver's license must be in good standing, with no recent suspensions or violations of careless/reckless driving or excessive speeding of more than 20 MPH, and no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.
