What You'll Do
+ Develop and implement change management strategies for business units and enterprise-wide initiatives
+ Serve as an organizational change consultant, advisor, and coach to leaders and teams
+ Build organizational awareness and support for change, communicating the case for change and its benefits
+ Apply structured methodologies to lead change management activities and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
+ Deliver specialist research and analysis to evaluate current and future-state organizational design
+ Recommend reporting lines, roles, and responsibilities to align with broader organizational principles
+ Manage small- to medium-scale projects within established program management plans
+ Analyze problems and issues to find effective solutions, using data-driven approaches
+ Improve and develop procedures, driving continuous improvement and innovation
+ Provide specialist advice on policies, procedures, and organizational best practices
+ Build partnerships and collaborate across teams to meet shared objective
What You'll Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 3+ years of end-to-end change management experience and organizational transformation and business/cultural change
+ 7 months’ experience coaching and guiding leaders
+ Advanced skills in project organization and structure, current state analysis, and adaptive mindset
+ Demonstrated written communication and project management abilities
+ Experience in organizational design, development, and effectiveness analysi

+ 5+ years of end-to-end change management experience and organizational transformation and business/cultural change
+ Independent thinker, proactive problem-solver and strong customer focus and stakeholder relationship management
+ Proven ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels
+ Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
+ Resourceful and innovative, with a track record of driving engagement and results
+ Experience in developing and implementing high-performing organization strategies
+ Passion for continuous improvement and cultivating a climate of accountability and motivation
+ Ability to make timely, high-quality decisions and manage complexity
**Compensation Range:** $136,800- $167,200 annually
