Job Title: Behavior Technician / Aide

Pay: Up to $25-$30/hour

Schedule: Substitute / Per Diem Shifts

Job Description:

Saddleback School District is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians/Aides to support students with behavioral and developmental needs. This is a flexible, per diem opportunity ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in education.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students

+ Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision

+ Collaborate with teachers and support staff

+ Maintain accurate data and documentation

Qualifications:

+ Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to follow directions and work independently

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School diploma or equivalent required

+ Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
