    Amergis is currentlyseeking experienced OR RNs for TRAVEL assignments in Chicago, IL !

    Position Details:

    Contract Length: 13 wks

     

    Number of Openings: 4

     

    Start Date: 11/17

     

    Hours/Shifts/Schedules: Days 40 hrs/wk (4x10s) available!

     

    *Every other weekend,every other holiday

     

    Setting/Day to day

     

    + Hospital

    + EMR: Cerner

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of OR experience

    + BSN, BLS

    + Level 1 Trauma experience

    + RN must have strong scrub and circulate experience

    + Experience in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery

    + Call requirements - One 12 hour shift a month on a Saturday or Sunday

     

    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures; department admissions to the operative suite. He/She is responsible to the Nurse Manager and is directly supervised by the RN in the operating rooms to which he/she is assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state in which he/she practices

    + Documentation and confirmation of one year of operating room clinical experience in an acute care hospital within the last three years preferred

    + Current BLS card.

    + Current Health Certificate (if applicable)

    + Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
