             Salary: $1280 / Week Program/Senior Manager - Staffed living and Supported Independent Living $32/hr 8A-5P 13 weeks + -May drive clients and from site to site + -40 hours/week + -Major responsibilities: + Supervise Program Coordinators and ensure quality, compliant service delivery + Conduct staff evaluations, coordinate training, and support professional development + Provide direct client support: daily living, medication, outings, and skill-building + Promote community integration and meaningful social engagement + Collaborate with landlords and stakeholders to secure stable housing + Lead crisis intervention and develop individualized support strategies + Monitor documentation for compliance; implement tracking systems for accuracy + Represent division on committees and task forces; facilitate staff training + Mediate staff concerns and foster a positive work environment + Oversee billing, reporting, and budget reviews; advise on adjustments + Ensure complete and compliant client records + Participate in emergency on-call system for after-hours support + Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years’ related experience + Supervisory experience required + Experience with developmental disabilities strongly preferred + Must obtain medication delegation within 6 months + Valid driver’s license + Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: + Competitive pay & weekly paychecks + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) savings plan + Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
