    DESCRIPTION

    This position will work **\#Hybrid** in the **Lewisville, Texas** or **Jacksonville, Florida** offices **,** 3 days a week.

     

    You will lead a high-performing team to deliver timely, accurate, and impactful insights that support the goals of the company, clients, and customers. This role fosters strong relationships and open communication across internal teams and external partners. It emphasizes talent development to promote career growth and retention. The Senior Director oversees the functionality and effectiveness of business intelligence tools, identifies strategic growth opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive innovative solutions and business results.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + **Lead and develop** a team through recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and ongoing coaching

    + Foster **team engagement** through regular meetings and knowledge sharing

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders

    + Provide strategic leadership to ensure efficient operations and deliverables that drive client success

    + Promote the use of tools and resources to support business management and opportunity analysis

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive results

    + Assign and oversee projects to ensure timely and accurate completion

    + Support organizational initiatives and participate in special projects as needed

    + Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and closing performance gaps

    + Perform other duties as assigned, including meeting the physical requirements of the role

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and Work Experience:

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    + Category Management Certification preferred

    + Relevant certifications or licenses a plus

    + Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

    + 5–8 years of related professional experience

    + 1–3 years of people management experience

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + Strong knowledge of the CPG industry, including relevant data sources, tools, and category management concepts.

    + Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI (including DAX), Access, and other relevant platforms.

    + Proven leadership in managing projects and teams, with clear communication and goal-setting.

    + Ability to set and communicate expectations, drive results, and proactively address obstacles.

    + Skilled in tailoring communication to various audiences and levels.

    + Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and lead resolution planning.

    + Customer-focused mindset that fosters effective relationships and outcomes.

    + Forward-thinking approach to planning initiatives aligned with industry trends and organizational goals.

    + Effective delegation skills that support team development.

    + Experience collaborating with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities.
