             Executive Assistant to the CEO AKA Strategic Executive Coordinator Type: Full-Time About the role Join a fast-moving team at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI. You'll be the CEO's go-to partner for time, information, and follow-through—keeping priorities clear, dependencies unblocked, and initiatives moving. This role is listed as Executive Assistant to the CEO; candidates may also see it referred to internally as Strategic Executive Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: • Own the CEO's calendar, inbox triage, meeting flow, and travel—anticipating needs and protecting focus time. • Prepare agendas, materials, and briefings; capture decisions and drive follow-ups to done. • Coordinate cross-functional projects: clarify owners, dates, and dependencies; track status; surface risks early. • Keep the CEO and COO aligned on priorities and updates; ensure information flows to the right people at the right time. • Maintain light process documentation for repeatable workflows and key initiatives. • Support hiring coordination (posting, scheduling, candidate communications) in partnership with People Ops. • Keep the HQ office running smoothly (supplies, vendors, basic facilities coordination) and support remote teammates as needed. What makes you a great fit: • 3+ years as an Executive Assistant (or similar), supporting senior leaders in a fast-changing environment or a belief you have transferrable skills and learn quickly. • Fierce prioritization, crisp written/verbal communication, and a bias to action—comfortable nudging, unblocking, and closing loops. • Fluency with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools (project trackers, AI copilots, etc.). • Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information. • Comfortable working across functions and timelines without dropping details.
