Adm Business Analyst

CTG is seeking to fill an ADM Business Analyst position for our client in Dallas, TX.
**Duration:** 12 months
Duties:
+ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across the SDLC.
+ Conduct impact and gap analyses to improve processes.
+ Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder communications.
+ Create process maps, use cases, and business cases.
+ Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
+ Conduct market research and customer journey mapping to define product features.
+ Write user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to guide delivery.
Skills:
+ Strong understanding of SDLC and business analysis practices.
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
+ Skilled in stakeholder management and requirements workshops.
+ Ability to define and deliver customer-centric digital experiences.
Experience:
+ Proven Business Analyst or Functional Consultant experience in ADM or similar domains.
+ Telecom and B2B experience preferred.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
