Job Description
Develop by using JavaScript CSS React other modern JavaScript frameworks delivering the functionality to a highquality meeting the agreed specifications and standards
Provides accurate and timely input to Project Manager regarding status of technical tasks for self and team Engages with system users and business analysts to identify system enhancements andor new applications to meet business needs
Undertake impact assessment of change requests against applications products within domain
CreateReview component designs builds to ensure compatibility with the endtoend system design
Collaborate with other component design and build teams ensuring that endtoend system design is followed
Ensure that technical engineering quality standards benchmarks are met taking remedial action where there are quality shortfalls
Complete technically complex assignment work to budget time and quality requirements
Document all work in accordance with agreed standards and with reuse in mind
Change collaborate with the Systems Designers from the other areas to ensure endtoend technical integrity of the development leading this collaboration when required
Evaluate and review emerging system engineering methods tools and standards Look for ways to apply as appropriate
Identify own development needs and proactively drive development of own capability using all available means to achieve world class standards

Purpose of the role
To design develop and improve software utilising various engineering methodologies that provides business platform and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues
Accountabilities
Development and delivery of highquality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages frameworks and tools Ensuring that code is scalable maintainable and optimized for performance
Crossfunctional collaboration with product managers designers and other engineers to define software requirements devise solution strategies and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
Collaboration with peers participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organizations technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities protect sensitive data and ensure secure software solutions
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design readability and reliability

Salary Transparency:
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to the highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $96366 to $150000 / yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
