Qualifications you’ll bring:

+ AAS degree accounting or business-related field or combination of equivalent education and experience.

+ 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience (internship or entry-level roles preferred).

+ Temporary full-time position requiring on-site attendance

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

+ High attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

+ Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth

+ Humility to play as a team

Your key responsibilities:

+ Assist with the preparation & analyses of financial reports to support business decision-making.

+ Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.

+ Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries and entering them into ERP.

+ Assist in compliance and audit-related documentation.

+ Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.

+ Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.

+ Enter data for all statutory filings with a high degree of accuracy.

+ Ensure timely submission of statutory reporting data to allow for thorough management review.

+ Utilize different external software applications to complete statutory reports.

+ Organize and archive documentation for all statutory filings.

+ Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer
