Our Team is based out of our office in Burlington, Massachusetts, where we work in-office Monday through Thursday each week, and remotely on Fridays. Team members must reside within or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance from our Burlington office.
What You-ll Accomplish
Our Demand Planners play a critical and central role in our ability to deliver products to consumers by executing the demand planning process and providing inputs to the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process for a segment of the Wellness business. You-ll work across the business with sales, marketing, and finance to drive our operational supply chain planning process.
This role reports to our Demand Planning Manager. Our Demand Planners:
+ Generate statistical forecasts of future customer demand
+ Develop highly accurate multi-level forecasts: channel, key customer, category, SKU, and distribution center
+ Hold responsibility for the overall demand plan for specific channels, product groups, and SKUs
+ Track and manage the forecast for key events, promotions, and item launches within specific channels and customers
+ Partner with sales & brand to generate key inputs into the S&OP process
+ Own key inputs into the S&OP process
+ Support new product introduction planning process across multiple channels
+ Collaborate with the broader operations team on key process improvement projects
+ Routinely maintenance data inconsistencies, own historical data integrity, and collaboratively apply -period type- logic to protect the integrity of baseline demand history
+ Identify and report on root cause analysis for forecast variance to targets

In addition, for this specific role, we need someone who:
+ Bachelor-s degree in related discipline (preferably Business Management, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management)
+ A minimum of 3-5 years of -retail facing- demand management and supply chain planning experience within consumer products manufacturing environment
+ Demonstrated analytical skills, adept at using advanced Excel functions and other analytical tools
+ Able to lead (without direct-line authority) the broader organization to the achievement of common goals
+ Experience using -commercial off-the-shelf- planning systems (demand planning, master scheduling, DRP/MRP, ERP)
+ Will be based out of our corporate office in Burlington, Massachusetts four days each week on a synchronized hybrid schedule

The annual salary range for this position is $86,800 to $124,900, based on a full-time work schedule, anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational equity. Compensation may vary within that pay range depending on the selected candidate-s professional background, experience, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The full compensation details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer and may include eligibility for participation in a bonus program.
