Position Summary
This teammate will report to the Manager of Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) within our Consumer Supply Chain Planning department. The Senior Supply Chain S&OE Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) by ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and execution activities across the enterprise. The position is also responsible for monitoring replenishment systems, supporting product transitions, managing scrap programs, and contributing to Integrated Business Planning (IBP). In addition, this position will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining demand forecasts that support the business strategy. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the non-productive inventory program, evaluating future demand against production plans to determine appropriate scrap levels and minimize financial and operational risk.
+ Work side by side with Supply Planning on backorder recovery, ensuring critical. items are prioritized for production and shipped to customers on time.
+ Continuous monitoring of inventory health and safety stocks to ensure demand-supply balance and prevent chronic excess or shortage situations.
+ Support product transitions (phase-in/phase-out) during launches to enable smooth execution and minimize obsolescence.
+ Participate and present in recurring cross-functional S&OE meetings to align stakeholders across supply chain, sales, and manufacturing.
+ Drive alignment of supply and demand plans, reinforcing that the plans reflect end to end business strategy.
+ Own the demand planning cycle for assigned accounts/channels, ensuring accurate monthly forecasts and timely updates.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, supply) to align on consensus forecasts, support new product launches, and manage risks/opportunities.
+ Monitor and improve forecast accuracy through reporting, variance analysis, and continuous process enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
