Our Team is based out of our office in Burlington, Massachusetts, where we work in-office Monday through Thursday each week, and remotely on Fridays. Team members must reside within or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance from our Burlington office.
What You-ll Accomplish:
As the Senior Associate Brand Manager for Whimzees, you will be responsible for driving the growth of one of Wellness Pet-s most exciting businesses. You will translate insights into strategies, lead cross-functional projects, and deliver initiatives that strengthen Whimzees- role in the pet oral care category. You-ll act as the connective tissue between consumer insights, innovation, sales, and integrated marketing to ensure we build a brand pet parents love and retailer support. In this role, you will:
+ Establish and maintain a deep, working-level knowledge of our consumer, category, brand, and products.
+ Leverage multiple sources of data to report accurately and regularly on brand performance and category trends, driving towards actionable insights.
+ Utilize your data insights and market observations to identify new opportunity areas for the dog food business, driving thoughtful discussions to test, learn, and grow.
+ Help ideate a consumer insight-driven pipeline then lead cross-functional teams and projects to execute new item launches and go-to-market plans with excellence.
+ Support the development and execution of annual brand plans that include marketing campaigns, new product launches, promotional plans, merchandising, and distribution opportunities.
+ Utilize your knowledge of the consumer, category, and competition to drive continuous growth and improvement for the dog food business (and yourself!).
+ Be a key contributor to the management and growth objectives of the Wellness Pet business.

In addition, our ideal candidate will possess:
+ A minimum of 2 years of post-MBA CPG Brand Management experience or 3+ years of CPG Brand Management experience for candidates without an MBA
+ Proven analytical skills and a strategic mindset
+ Proficient in Nielsen or IRI
+ Strong creative eye and experience in packaging and marketing asset creation
+ Experience and proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
+ Track-record of always demonstrating grace and a positive (yet pragmatic) attitude towards challenges and opportunities

The annual salary range for this position is $101,600 to $148,300, based on a full-time work schedule, anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational equity. Compensation may vary within that pay range depending on the selected candidate-s professional background, experience, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The full compensation details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer and may include eligibility for participation in a bonus program.
