Senior Business Systems Analyst is a critical role in the Wellness Pet IT department. You are an experienced professional who will be able to lead a set of processes and applications to enable our business to run at its best. We need your creative thinking and disciplined approach to understanding user needs and implementing solutions. Our Team is based out of our office in Burlington, Massachusetts, where we work in-office Monday through Thursday each week, and remotely on Fridays. Team members must reside within or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance from our Burlington office. What You-ll Accomplish + Lead and manage a defined set of software packages and business processes. + Maximize our usage of our IFS ERP by helping map user processes and deploy new capabilities. + Advocate for continuous improvement and challenge the status quo + Document requirements and use cases through interviews + Proactively propose and define process and system improvements + Ensure documentation (system configurations, user guides, process maps, etc.) are maintained + Primary IT representative on projects to help deliver improvements and functionality + Vendor relationship management + Technology assessment and evaluation + Closely partner with IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security to ensure all standards are implemented and followed + Other duties as assigned Who We-re Looking For Team Wellie is a group of people who are truly obsessed with all the best ways about winning for the consumer and the pets they love. And so, we are seeking an individual who: + Always starts with the consumer + Is dedicated to doing it right the first time + Brings their best every day + Has an -all-in- mindset + Embraces the hard things and does them right away + Owns their outcomes + Gives back to their community In addition, we are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: + Bachelor-s degree preferred + 7-10 years of direct experience required + Experience working with ERP systems required (experience with IFS a plus!) + Knowledge of one or more core business processes (procure to pay, order to cash, etc.) + Knowledge of one or more core business processes (warehouse management, CPG manufacturing, supply chain and demand planning, etc.) + Experience with project management tools, for example Wrike is a plus. + Ability to grasp process and transactional concepts + Ability to explain complex concepts to a broad range of audiences + CPG industry experience a plus Why Work for Wellness Pet We care about the wellbeing of our people, their families, and their pets. The annual salary range for this position is $101,600 to $148,300, based on a full-time work schedule, anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational equity. Compensation may vary within that pay range depending on the selected candidate-s professional background, experience, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
