PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The **VP, Network Solutions** is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the company's network infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. This executive will lead efforts to ensure network reliability, performance, and security, while also developing and executing strategies to protect the organization from cyber threats. The VP will work cross-functionally to align network and cybersecurity operations with business goals and regulatory requirements.
+ **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute a comprehensive network and cybersecurity strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and digital transformation goals.
+ Provide strategic leadership of overall objectives through the application of thoughtful techniques in the communication of the company's mission and core values to effect positive change and/or create organizational structure within the assigned business units.
+ **Technology Roadmap:** Define the roadmap for network and cybersecurity services, ensuring integration, scalability, and user adoption of advanced technologies.
+ **Innovation & Adoption:** Drive the adoption of modern network and cybersecurity technologies, leveraging AI, automation, and emerging tools to enhance security and performance.
+ **Governance & Security:** Establish governance frameworks, security protocols, and compliance measures for network and cybersecurity operations, ensuring data protection and regulatory adherence.
+ **User Experience & Support:** Champion user experience (UX) and employee engagement by providing intuitive, effective, and secure network solutions.
+ **Vendor & Partner Management:** Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee implementation and service-level agreements (SLAs).
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with IT, HR, Communications, and Business Units to align network and cybersecurity initiatives with organizational needs and culture.
+ **Change Management:** Lead change management initiatives to drive successful technology adoption, ensuring training, communication, and continuous improvement.
+ **Performance Metrics:** Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of network and cybersecurity tools and initiatives, reporting on impact and areas for improvement.
+ **Financial Acumen:** Ensure that budgets and schedules are within company requirements with significant organizational responsibility for the overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, expense priority management, and the recommendation and implementation of current practices.
+ **Day to Day Operational Support:**
+ Work with key business executives to develop and provide leadership to a team of IT professionals in the design, development and implementation and ongoing support of systems.
+ Evaluate and recommend hardware platforms and software packages which will support flexible, state-of-the-art clinical revenue management systems on an ongoing basis.
+ Communicate project status against plan to senior management on a regular basis.
+ Continually access and prioritize modifications and updates to existing systems and furnish users with the best and most cost-effective solutions, whether procedural or those requiring automation
+ Provide direct formal supervision to department establishing mutual goals and expectations at the beginning of the appraisal year, providing continual informal performance feedback during the year. Responsible for the formal annual performance appraisal process.

SUPERVISION:
+ Will be responsible for the direct supervision of various levels of Enterprise Systems staff.
EDUCATION:
+ Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
+ 15+ years' experience.
+ 5+ years' experience internal senior management level role (e.g., Director); or 5+ years' external experience in a senior management level role.
+ Demonstrated experience managing one or more departments.
+ Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Experience in the management and development of staff and of major, broad based projects essential.
+ Experience with both centralized and distributed systems and state of the art software systems.
+ Must possess strong management, business, applications development and technical skills.
+ Must be able to interact effectively with multiple disciplines and at all levels of the organization.
+ Remote Position
The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
