The Client Delivery Partner is accountable across the entire client engagement lifecycle, from driving account growth and supporting new business through to successful delivery. This role holds ultimate accountability for client success and value realization, ensuring the full value of contracted services and software is achieved, independent of who performs the implementation—be it the client, a partner, or Pega Consulting. As the ultimate problem-solver on the Account team, you'll have the authority and responsibility to ensure exceptional client experiences from pre-sales through delivery. As a core member of the Account team, this role is the ultimate owner of client escalations and has the authority to pull in and direct the activities of whatever resources are needed to resolve problems. What You'll Do at Pega: + Spearhead enterprise-scale initiatives that revolutionize how organizations operate, taking ownership of ACV targets, renewals, and consulting bookings while proactively mitigating risks before they impact delivery. + Lead clients through the AI modernization journey from reimagining critical workflows to addressing technology currency and defining their future-state architecture + Forge trusted C-level partnerships with client executives and stakeholders, becoming their go-to strategic advisor who translates complex technical concepts into clear business value. + Architect effective delivery strategies that maximize client ROI, governing execution with precision while ensuring clients fully leverage Pega's powerful capabilities across their organization. + Pioneer innovative approaches that accelerate time-to-value, championing cutting-edge methodologies including blueprint, estimator app, constellation, and emerging platform capabilities. What You've Accomplished: + Proven track record of Consulting Sales and Delivery leadership , particularly in driving innovation and digital transformation programs + Industry expertise in Banking and/or Capital Markets, with demonstrable experience working with large North American customers across both business and technology teams. + Expert in enterprise software delivery, with specific experience leading modernization initiatives that include workflow reimagination and addressing technology currency. + Ability to build and maintain C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. + Strong understanding of business strategy and its connection to technology-led transformation. + Experience with cloud modernization—including network, hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP), security, and governance principles—is a significant plus. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and impact clients and partners. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
