Overview
Under limited supervision, assist in the day-to-day operations of identity and access management (IAM) by managing user accounts, permissions, and complex access requests. Assesses and resolves user access issues to minimize business impact while maintaining and helping to define security controls.
+ Administers user accounts and access privileges in the organization's identity and privilege access management system.
+ Assists with and may handle unique/complex security access requests independently.
+ Handles the day-to-day administration of the Identity Management system. Provides input to the Cyber Analysts and Engineers on roles and rules that may need developed or updated.
+ Works with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements. Makes recommendations to the Cyber Analysts and Engineers on possible improvements.
+ Participates in and may lead Identity Access Management projects and initiatives to enhance identity processes and system functionality.
+ Develops and maintains documentation for the Identity Access Management program, stakeholders, and customers.
+ Identifies and recommends opportunities for continuous improvement and may implement the changes.
+ Maintains current knowledge of Identity Access Management best practices.
+ Participates in and may lead Identity Access Management audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks. Partner with management and Governance teams to respond. May build and deploy audit campaigns within the access management system.
+ Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level colleagues.
+ Will assist in mentoring and training subordinate staff with the administration of user accounts.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
+ Experience: 2 years relevant experience
+ Licenses/Certifications: None
