• Assistant Product Manager - ABS

    Job Description

    + Assist the Product Manager in managing product lifecycle activities — from concept, launch, and sustainment to end-of-life.

    + Conduct product and market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for new or improved products.

    + Support day-to-day operations, including product setup, pricing updates, promotion tracking, and vendor communication.

    + Coordinate with marketing to prepare product listings, promotional campaigns, and launch materials.

    + Monitor product performance (sales, margin, inventory turns) and provide regular analysis and reporting.

    + Collaborate with operations and supply chain to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely delivery.

    + Help manage vendor relationships, including handling quotations, product samples, and negotiation support.

    + Track marketing development fund (MDF) usage and product-level P&L data to support financial planning.

    + Provide administrative and analytical support for business reviews and product presentations.

    Requirements

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.

    + Experience:

    + 1–3 years of experience in product management, merchandising, or category management, preferably in IT hardware or e-commerce.

    + Experience with PC components or gaming systems (preferred).

    + Skills:

    + Strong analytical and Excel skills for sales and margin analysis.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms (a plus).

     

    Pay Transparency

     

    This job posting may span more than one job level.The base salary range for this position in Diamond Bar is $68,640 - $73,000 annually.
