Job Summary

Join Levy Restaurants at Grand Casino Arena as a **Dishwasher** , where you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen during Wild games, concerts, and other premier events.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety regulations.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, ensuring items are properly stored after cleaning.

+ Support kitchen operations by assisting with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

+ Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs to supervisors.

+ Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation during events.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

+ Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks.
