    JOB PURPOSE:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Control Panel Builder / Assembler to join our team at our main facility in Greeneville, TN. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and wiring industrial control panels and motor control centers (MCCs) for a variety of applications. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and comfortable working from electrical schematics and work instructions.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of these essential functions at a satisfactorily level._ _Other essential and non-essential functions may be assigned.     + Assemble and wire control panels, MCCs, and related equipment

    + Perform testing and troubleshooting of completed assemblies

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    + Pick, stock, and organize parts and materials

    + Provide feedback to improve production processes and efficiency

    + Support team goals and perform other duties as assigned

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    + 2+ years of experience in control wiring, panel building, or electrical assembly (preferred)

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

    + Skilled in using hand and power tools for electrical assembly

    + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    + Effective communication and teamwork abilities

    + Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Preferred: AutoCAD experience and a valid driver’s license
