Description

For 0.5FTE to 1.0 FTE (20 hours - 40 hours per week** )- **$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible rehires and candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence.

Independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Performs procedures under the direction of a Radiologist. For Breast Center: Independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on breast. Performs procedures under the direction of a Radiologist.

Required Qualifications:

+ Associate's Degree or Two year technical program. or equivalent educ/experience

+ OR A COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND DIRECTLY RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

+ For Imaging Deparatment: Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program.

+ Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography

+ Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

+ For Breast Center: Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program.

+ Upon hire: ARDMS in Abdomen and OB (for Imaging Department)

+ Prior ultrasound experience.
