PACS Administrator
Responsible for overall analysis, system design, development, and support of the various complex computer applications and systems in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging. This position also maintains applications security, maintains both internally developed and vendor supplied executables within the appropriate executable paths. This position organizes, trains, monitors and implements information system projects. This position assists the Imaging Directors in the operations of the PACS system for Imaging and Cardiology Departments.

Please note the following important details regarding this position:
+ This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled
+ This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:
+ **Texas:** **Lubbock**
+ Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements.
+ **Work Status Available:**
+ Full Time, Day
+ **Shifts Hours:**
+ Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM.
+ On call flexibility required - 365/24 hr. coverage // 5PM to 8AM, includes evenings and weekends
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
+ 5 or more years of work related experience in Information Technology, Medical Imaging, or another related field
+ Experienced in the use of desktop software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and MS Access
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 2 or more years of work related experience in Diagnostic Imaging
+ Current experience in installation of a PACS System at a major medical center
+ 3 or more years of supervisory experience
