Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor II to oversee the manufacturing and assembly of electronic circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and cable assemblies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronic and mechanical integration and assembly, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality electronic assemblies, meeting customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ **Education:** Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 5 years related work experience in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
+ **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or a related field, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
+ **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of electronic and mechanical integration and assembly processesFamiliarity with electronic assembly equipment, tools, and techniquesUnderstanding of quality control and inspection proceduresExperience with production planning, scheduling, and control systems
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66400 - $112880
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
