             Job Description BAE Systems is looking for a well-qualified Project Analyst to join our Business Operations team for an exciting opportunity in support of the development, readiness, and sustainment of the USAF Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system. You will play a key role in ensuring that Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) items are delivered to the Government on-time and in accordance with BAE Systems and USAF processes. You will be the Project Analyst responsible to ensure CDRLs are delivered and stored in a timely manner by coordinating with different functional content owners and authors to ensure the CDRLs meet requirements in a quality and timely manner. Specific responsibilities and competencies include, but are not limited to: + Responsible for CDRL deliveries to our customer. + Manage the master data list with delivery requirements and schedule. + Interface with CDRL owners to meet delivery schedules. + Ensure deliverables align with defined requirements. + Ensure data transmittals are accurate and on time. + Archive deliverables and maintaining the data management repository. + Track, monitor, and report delivery metrics. + Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the business unit's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team. + Other related duties as assigned. US Citizenship is required DoD Secret Security Clearance upon hire is required Offer pending contract funding approval \#ASFS Required Education, Experience, & Skills 3 yrs. of project management experience Background in managing deliverables to customer requirements and timelines. Experience with management reports, to include reviewing and editing. Great cross-functional communication and interaction Leading & coaching/training associates in delivery process and improvement activities. Project management Good communication and documentation skills Metric implementation, management, and reporting Proficient with Microsoft office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Atlassian Jira Project Management Software and SharePoint tools Experience with government CDRLs, and other technical documentation Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $60076 - $102130 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
