As a Principal Program Analyst, you'll manage or support financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for program elements, including trip management and task order deliverables. You'll coordinate cross-task activities with logistics, procurement, and knowledge management teams to facilitate integrated reporting, resource allocation, and documentation for enterprise IT projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing financial data trends, generating dashboards, and providing recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 6 years of experience in program analysis, financial forecasting, and reporting within government contracting or large enterprise environments
+ Hands-on experience with financial tools (e.g., advanced Excel, ERP systems) and reporting for travel/trip management or task orders in IT services contexts
+ Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
+ Strong understanding of federal financial regulations (e.g., FAR, DCAA compliance) and ITIL practices for service value management
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, high-stakes setting
+ Applies extensive expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines, with the ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
+ Experience supporting DoD or large federal IT service contracts, including CONUS/OCONUS logistics and FinOps for cloud/IT resource optimization
+ ITIL 4 Foundation certification, with focus on service financial management
+ Background in travel management systems (e.g., Concur) or task order administration in multi-agency environments
+ Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., Certified Government Financial Manager - CGFM)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
