Job Description

• Responsible for SoftGenetics test builds, reports and troubleshooting.

• Automated SoftMolecular and SoftHLA labs through genetics modules (ABI, Roche cobas, Thermo Fisher TaqMan, Thermo Fisher NanoDrop, BD FACSDiva/FACSCanto for HLA and flow).

• Interfaced the Soft suite with Epic to ensure charges dropped in Epic when integrated with SoftAR, thereby performing billing validations at various cost centers.

• Assisted SCC Soft with developing interfaces and resulting methodologies for multiple sites.

• Responsible for HLA/molecular/pathology interfacing of multiple interfaces (UNOS/NGS/STR/SBT/SSO).

• Performed various project management tasks to ensure timely interface delivery.

• Developed and documented testing and validation steps for all implementations.

• Performed Epic charge reconciliations.

• Wrote SQL reports to be run on the Oracle back-end for analytics and metrics.

• Set up printers, test redirections and collection stops.

• Provided break/fix support at all levels (labs/printers/tests/reports/interfaces).

• All aspects of RBS, reports, middleware, interface testing and implementations (from start to finish)

• Epic Beaker

• Project management

• UNIX and Citrix

• Programming experience utilizing C++/Java/PHP/HTML/.NET (Object Oriented)

• Informatica

• PL/SQL and T-SQL

• BS in Medical Laboratory Science

• On-call support
