Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to lead delivery efforts, translate business data into actionable tasks, and support ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) tooling initiatives. This role requires strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, Agile expertise, and the ability to manage requirements and use cases across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery across Agile squads, ensuring timely execution of sprint goals and backlog items.

• Translate complex business data analysis into clear, actionable tasks for development and QA teams.

• Author use cases and manage requirements documentation as needed.

• Assist in creating and refining user stories, managing scrum tasks, and facilitating standups.

• Support QA teams by clarifying test requirements and business logic.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and align on ESG tool development.

• Provide production support and contribute to business-as-usual squad operations.

• Focus on metrics and data-driven insights to guide product decisions and performance tracking.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of BA experience.

Proven experience in Agile development frameworks and product lifecycle management.

Hands-on experience with Jira and other Agile tools.

Ability to lead scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.

Experience in authoring use cases and managing business requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Background in data analysis, business intelligence, or product management.

Experience supporting production environments and BAU squads.

Understanding of environmental, social, and governance metrics and reporting.
