    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Orlando. This team supports diverse business units in media, entertainment, advertising, and finance. This role manages multiple concurrent projects, focusing on enhancing decision-making tools for advertising pricing and media planning. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid Agile environment, serving as ScrumMaster, overseeing the development and maintenance of analytical and IT tools, and improving PMO processes and governance. The position also involves monitoring budgets, preparing financial forecasts, communicating project status and risks to stakeholders, leading meetings to drive team alignment, and implementing process improvements.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years managing large-scale projects

     

    3+ years leading analytical software teams; strong SDLC knowledge

     

    Experience in hybrid Agile environments with Agile/Kanban focus

     

    Proficient in Jira, GitLab, Smartsheet, MS Project

     

    Strong communication and leadership skills

     

    Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience

     

    PMP or ScrumMaster certification

     

    Consulting experience and industry knowledge in media, travel, or advertising

     

    Familiarity with Python and AI concepts
