Overview:

Seeking a proactive, self-sufficient Project manager with strong Smartsheet experience to support dynamic, ad hoc projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. This resource will be supporting the sourcing fulfillment space and adding capabilities and enhancements to their software products.

Ideally pay range: $45-55/hr (Flexible based on years of experience, background, education, etc).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage Smartsheet dashboards and project plans from scratch

• Maintain project artifacts (e.g., RAID logs) and smartsheet and excel dashboards

• Track application sunset timelines and consolidate project updates (PCF)

• Support cross-functional engineering teams with task/timeline planning

Lead sourcing project plans with guidance from the Program Manager

Skills and Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication, confident speaking and driving leadership updates at VP level

• Strong Smartsheet and Excel knowledge (vlookups, pivot tables, macros)

• Sharp, resourceful, and able to work with minimal direction

• Experienced in Smartsheet and strong project coordination

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and ambiguous assignments Experience in supply chain/sourcing is a PLUS. Experience working with engineering teams would be helpful.
