Job Description
The Local Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships within the Phoenix market. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new advertising accounts in the Phoenix area.
Identify and present advertising opportunities to potential clients.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Base is $60,000 plus 5% commission

Skills and Requirements
- 3 years in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and in a team environment. - CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
