             Job Description An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a Marketing Application Support Technician to provide detailed technical support and troubleshooting for marketing application systems across the IT organization. Acting as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues, this person will diagnose and resolve application errors, integration challenges, and system problems to minimize downtime and maximize marketing campaign effectiveness. The role will collaborate closely with IT, Marketing, and vendor teams to report issues, deploy and test fixes, and optimize system integrations. Responsibilities include managing user access and security, documenting processes, and maintaining FAQs and knowledge base articles to empower self-service. The position will also support onboarding/offboarding procedures, assist with audits, and ensure data accuracy during migrations and testing. Additionally, the role will involve training end users, coordinating with third-party vendors, and participating in system testing for patches, upgrades, and campaign launches. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience as a Marketing Application Support Technician or similar role Hands-on experience with Eloqua and HubSpot to configure integrations, and manage/optimize marketing automation workflows Familiarity with Salesforce integrations Understanding of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) Ability to manage user access, security, and permissions Experience gathering requirements and supporting system testing Team-oriented and adaptable; willing to assist wherever needed Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels Experience working with Canva, Outreach, Seismic, SurveyMonkey, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
