    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring a Workday Integration Lead to support a global consumer healthcare company. In this role, you’ll support business-as-usual (BAU) operations for Workday integrations, focusing on Level 3 support, minor enhancements, and upgrades across HCM, Payroll, and Time & Attendance. The Integration Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve existing integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Workday tools and APIs, able to manage small-scale projects, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    7+ years of experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, EIB, and Cloud Connect.

     

    Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and Workday Web Services.

     

    Proficiency in XML, JSON, and data transformation/mapping.

     

    Experience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time & Attendance modules.

     

    Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. Workday Integration certifications.

     

    Experience with Agile project methodologies.

     

    Familiarity with Workday Finance module.
