    Job Description

    This manufacturing-focused company is looking for an Oracle Manufacturing/Supply Chain Functional Analyst to join their team on a long-term contract based in Latin America. The role centers on supporting Oracle EBS modules related to supply chain and manufacturing, including Order Management, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. The analyst will manage support tickets, troubleshoot incidents (such as data issues or process breakdowns), and respond to service requests from business units.

     

    In addition to daily operations, the role involves collaborating with developers on new configurations and enhancements, documenting requirements, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep Oracle Supply Chain experience, strong communication skills, and a background in manufacturing. Re-manufacturing experience and multilingual capabilities are a plus.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Strong background in Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules

    • Experience with:

    • Order Management

    • Order to Cash

    • Procure to Pay

    • Manufacturing industry experience

    • Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with business units and leadership

    • Functional understanding of supply chain and distribution/logistics processes

    • Experience handling support tickets and incident resolution (e.g., data issues, process errors)

     

    Minimum 5 years Oracle EBS experience, 8 years in IT overall • Experience with Oracle AIM documentation (RD.050, BR.100, MD.050)

     

    Spanish or Portuguese language skills (implied by LATAM location)
