We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking End User Computing Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern workplace technologies. This role will focus on optimizing the user experience across Windows endpoints, enhancing collaboration through video conferencing platforms, and driving secure, scalable device management using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on experience in scripting and automation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Architect and evolve the EUC strategy to support a secure, modern, and compliant digital workplace.

• Design and implement identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, aligned with Zero Trust principles.

• Lead the deployment and lifecycle management of Windows, MAC endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and related technologies.

• Integrate and optimize video conferencing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom) to support hybrid work and client collaboration.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate EUC operations and enforce compliance.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure all EUC solutions meet financial industry regulations (e.g., SOX, GLBA).

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in End User Computing, with at least 3 years in an architectural or lead engineering role.

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Windows endpoint management.

• Strong experience with video conferencing platforms in enterprise environments.

• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system management.

• Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks relevant to the financial industry • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, AZ-800).

• Experience in regulated environments such as banking, insurance, or capital markets.

• Familiarity with Intune, JAMF, Windows 365, and cloud native and hybrid environments.

• Knowledge of Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, and ZScaler Zero Trust architecture.
