Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Regional Sales Manager, the role centers on driving revenue growth through direct sales and key account management, particularly within the Out-Of-Band markets. This includes developing strategic account plans, managing complex sales cycles, and engaging with key stakeholders such as technical teams and procurement. The role also involves cultivating long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and leading regular business and technical reviews. Additionally, the manager is responsible for regional market development by aligning sales strategies with company goals, identifying emerging opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Strong internal coordination and accurate reporting are essential, ensuring alignment with product, marketing, and support teams while providing leadership with actionable insights from the field.

Skills and Requirements
• Proven experience in Out-of-Band sales or a strong background in selling IoT network infrastructure solutions
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and lead generation
• Hands-on experience with cold calling and building new business pipelines
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
• Highly self-motivated individual with a hunter mindset who thrives in an independent work environment • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
