Job Description

The Cardiac Sonographer will perform high-quality echocardiograms and assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions. The role averages about 10 studies per day.

• Perform echocardiograms and assist with vascular studies

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of procedures

• Maintain equipment and exam rooms

• Provide compassionate patient care and education

• Communicate findings to physicians and clinical team

Skills and Requirements

• ARDMS or CCI certification in Cardiac Sonography (Echo)

• Experience performing adult echocardiograms

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Willingness to float between two locations (Okatie & Hilton Head) • Vascular Certification (RVT or similar)

• Experience with vascular studies (carotid, venous, arterial)

• Familiarity with GE or Philips ultrasound equipment
