             Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Title Assistant at a client in the Irvine, CA area. A Title Assistant supports the Title Examiners that support real estate transactions by researching property records to verify ownership and identify any title issues. They assist title officers in preparing title commitments, handle legal documentation, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth processing. The role also involves scheduling meetings, managing administrative tasks, and resolving routine issues independently to improve workflow efficiency. Skills and Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Title Assistant Must be capable of handling tasks from start to finish in the closing process Review individual title documents Examine legal documents for entities such as LLCs (e.g., Operating Agreements, Instant Documents) Independently manage closings Review lender instructions and determine involvement in various parts of the transaction Perform underwriting tasks on files Draft title policies and related documents Conduct survey reviews Proforma preparation
