    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a UI/UX Business Systems Analyst for a large company in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will lead the User Experience and User Interface to ensure that they are designed to meet needs. You will be working on the ServiceNow Platform team interacting with business stakeholders to deliver accessible and intuitive ServiceNow experiences. You will join UX COE meetings learning company UX standards.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of relevant experience to requirements mentioned below

     

    - Experience working on a ServiceNow platform team being responsible for creating UX workstreams

     

    - Experience as a Business Analyst or in a functional role, gathering requirements and interacting with stakeholders and UX Center of Excellence teams

     

    - Former experience as a UI Developer, Web Developer, or UX Designer, or anything similar - Experience leading integration of UX design across any tools, products or applications.

     

    - Experience conducting and synthesizing user research, interviews, surveys and usability testing to inform design decisions

     

    - Ability to code in HTML

     

    - Experience working with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to define requirements and be aligned with user needs and business goals

     

    - Experience facilitating design workshops, brainstorming sessions and design reviews with stakeholders
