Job Description
An enterprise retail company is looking to bring on a Technical Project Manager to help support their critical POS Lifecycle Project, a Point-of-Sale upgrade project in all North America retail locations. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and escalating risks, or delays.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by organizing meetings and working sessions with internal teams and external vendors.
- Track and reconcile project budgets, process invoices, and support financial reporting in collaboration with finance and procurement teams.
- Creation and maintenance of project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level summaries to support effective stakeholder communication.
- Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, helping to streamline communication and reduce operational bottlenecks.

Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years' experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically working within a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity to deliver large, complex, simultaneous projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Project (highly preferred), or equivalent Project Management software.
- Experience owning all aspects of project management, including but not limited to project finances, stakeholder management, driving timelines, executive presence, and risk analysis.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences and all levels of the organization. Ability to bridge communication gaps between technology and business users. Ability to foster open team communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Project Management experience within the retail/restaurant industry, specifically upgrading old technology.
- ServiceNow experience.
