             Job Description The Land Project Manager (Land PM) will play a pivotal role in supporting the 10K Underground Program, Fire Rebuild initiatives, and OII covered conductor work. This position is responsible for coordinating land rights and acquisition activities across multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, accurate forecasting, and effective stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage land acquisition and rights coordination for assigned projects. • Support program delivery by gathering and validating land-related data from internal stakeholders. • Forecast land acquisition timelines and resource needs to align with program goals. • Escalate issues and blockers to leadership for resolution and strategic guidance. • Collaborate with engineering, environmental, legal, and permitting teams to ensure land-related compliance and readiness. • Maintain documentation and reporting for land acquisition progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. • Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on land-related deliverables We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field • 5+ years of relevant work experience. • Fundamental understanding of easements and land rights • Strong Project Management experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software. • Good written and communication skills. • Extremely good organizational skills. • Fantastic interpersonal skills and ability to work with anyone. • Self-starter, multi-tasker. • Ability to work in a high volume, dynamic team environment. • Accountable and dependable, and able to follow through with tasks/project.
