• Lead Integration Engineer

    Job Description

    One of Insight Global’s clients is looking to onboard a Lead Integration Engineer to their team. This individual will be responsible for configuring, developing, and troubleshooting integrations within MuleSoft. They will be working with team members to deliver integration applications and APIs, implement services, frameworks, and be responsible for maintaining integration applications and APIs for all users. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience specializing in MuleSoft and proficiency with Python and web services. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the opportunity to convert after 6 months. This individual can sit remote for the first 3 months of the contract, but would have to come onsite to Irvine, CA, 5 days a week the last 3 months and once converted.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    8-10 years of experience as an Integration Engineer or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the MuleSoft Platform (preferred) or other integration platforms

     

    Hands-on experience with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex integration solutions.

     

    Proficiency with Python

     

    Experience with integrated development environments (IDEs) like Anypoint Studio

     

    Knowledge of development tools like code repositories

     

    Understanding of DevOps practices

     

    Advanced testing and debugging, risk mitigation, performance optimization

     

    Understanding of APIs, RESTful Services, and Microservices, knowledge of other integration patterns

     

    Excellent communication skills Master's degree in computer science or related field

     

    Software implementation experience at an enterprise level
