    **Austin Bridge & Road** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Data Entry Clerk** at our heavy civil project office in **Farmers Branch, Texa** s. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately uploading, entering, and organizing construction and trucking tickets into our internal systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting project tracking, billing, and documentation efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    + Upload and input construction and trucking tickets into digital systems with a high level of accuracy.

    + Review tickets for completeness and resolve discrepancies with field personnel or vendors.

    + Maintain organized digital records for audit and reporting purposes.

    + Communicate with project teams to ensure timely ticket processing.

    + Assist with generating reports and summaries for project management.

    + Support document control and administrative tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + 1+ year of experience in data entry or administrative support; construction or trucking industry experience preferred.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

    + Experience with document management systems or ticket tracking platforms is a plus.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

    + Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma/GED or higher.

    + Must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States. Austin Bridge & Road is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced o􀆯ice environment.
