Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Building Automation / DDC Controls Technician** to join our team. In this **full-time, client facility based** role, you’ll be responsible for the **programming, installation, servicing, and maintenance** of Direct Digital Controls (DDC) and Building Automation Systems (BAS) at our customers' commercial facilities.
This opportunity may be assigned to a single site as a dedicated, on-location technician, providing consistent, hands-on support to that facility.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Interface professionally with commercial building customers and contractors.
+ Program and install BAS and DDC control systems.
+ Perform scheduled and routine maintenance on BAS components including front-end systems, DDC controllers, and end devices.
+ Respond to service calls (emergency, on-site, and remote support).
+ Troubleshoot and repair control systems and connected devices.
+ Back up controller programs and BAS computers/servers.
+ Use maintenance software to document services and manage work orders
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience installing and programming BAS & DDC control systems.
+ H.S. Diploma or GED Equivalent, Associates degree preferred
+ Computer literate, including Windows and Office Suite
+ Test and Balance experience preferred
+ Fume Hood experience preferred
+ TEL, Triatek, and/or Metasys controls experience preferred
