    Pay Scale: $36.85 - $51.26

    Job Summary:

    Oversees and facilitates patient flow through the Infusion department. Develops and coordinates assignments and delegates work to achieve desired results. Balances resources in a fiscally responsible manner. Acts as a resource to advance patient care outcomes. Takes a patient assignment when necessary. Facilitates safety huddles in the absence of the unit leader. Chemotherapy administration, symptom management, patient education, phone triage and other direct care responsibilities. Must posses excellent IV skills, including central lines and ports. Must work collaboratively as part of a team.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Chemotherapy/biotherapy certification required and OCN preferred-will consider RN's with IV experience to be trained. Pursuit and achievement of OCN highly encouraged. RN with 1-3 years of oncology and IV experience, IV skills and chemo/bio certification. Current RI license required.
