Description

SAIC is seeking a full-time individual to serve as the **CPSA Site Lead** for the I Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Command and Control (C2) Subject Matter Expert (SME) team supporting Marine Corps Forces aboard **Camp Pendleton, CA.**

The selected candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following:

+ Leading the I Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) C2 SME team supporting Marine Corps Forces located on Camp Pendleton, CA.

+ Traveling/deploying with United States Marine Corps (USMC) forces in support of contingencies, actual declared hostilities, exercises and as the customer deems necessary.

+ Supporting the current and future Marine Corps C2 systems to include the Tactical Common Operational Picture (COP) Server (TCS), Tactical COP Workstation (TCW), Joint Tactical COP Workstation (JTCW)/Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Agile Server/Client, and Tactical Assault Kit (TAK).

Qualifications

Required Education:

+ Bachelor's degree and five (5) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Clearance:

+ Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI; US Citizenship required.

Required Skills:

+ A thorough knowledge of Marine Corps tactics and unit composition is an important asset for this position, as is an understanding of networking and Information Assurance (IA).

+ Candidate must be able to travel/deploy with United States Marine Corps (USMC) forces in support of contingencies, actual declared hostilities, exercises and as the customer deems necessary.

+ Experience with COP administration / management, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Effects Management Tool (EMT), and Blue Force Tracker (BFT) devices is a plus.

Desired Skills or Required Certifications:

+ Level II IA Workforce Improvement Certifications.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
