Job Overview

**Express Employment** is seeking a Property Management Assistant for a local Dubuque company managing around 100 rental and commercial units. This role supports daily property operations, tenant communication, and leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

+ Show available rental and commercial properties.

+ List units, pre-screen applicants, and complete background checks.

+ Assist with leases, move-in/move-out coordination, and tenant communications.

+ Maintain property and tenant records using rental management software.

+ Coordinate with maintenance vendors as needed.

Qualifications

+ Experience in property management, leasing, or office administration preferred.

+ Strong communication and organizational skills.

+ Comfortable using computer software and managing multiple tasks.

+ Reliable transportation required.

**Schedule:** 15–40 hours/week (flexible)

**Compensation:** $20/hour
