Job Overview

We’re seeking a **trainable, hands-on individual** to join a local contractor’s team as a General Laborer / Insulation Installer. This role involves working onsite to insulate piping and ductwork, measure and cut materials, and support field operations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable using tools, and eager to learn a skilled trade in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Install insulation materials on piping and ducts per project specifications

+ Cut, measure, and fit materials accurately

+ Work with local contractors and follow site procedures

+ Use basic hand and power tools

+ Maintain a clean and efficient work area

+ Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE

+ Take direction well and work efficiently to meet project timelines

Requirements:

+ Eagerness to learn and take initiative

+ Basic understanding of construction or industrial processes preferred

+ Strong measuring and tool-handling skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Valid Driver’s License

+ Good communication and reliability

+ Physically capable of manual labor in varied environments

Compensation & Opportunity:

+ Starting wage: $18–$20/hour

+ Pay increases based on performance and experience
