Schedule: M, W, F 9:30am - 6pm & T, Th 10:30am - 7pm

Responsibilities:

+ Manage patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and authorization processes for physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

+ Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by welcoming and greeting patients, assisting with check-in, and ensuring a positive and professional experience.

+ Coordinate office services including telephone coverage, ordering supplies, and managing general administrative needs.

+ Organize and maintain filing systems while accurately tracking scheduling information.

Requirements:

+ High School diploma equivalency

+ 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

+ Computer/Office experience preferred
