The **Project Manager** oversees all aspects of contract performance supporting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). This role ensures operational excellence across technical efforts, staffing, and roleplaying activities.

    Responsibilities

    + Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and roleplaying team activities.

    + Provide administrative guidance, program control, and technical supervision of personnel involved in support of contract requirements.

    + Manage and supervise a large team (300+ part-time employees) and administrative staff.

    + Interface with Government personnel designated by the Contracting Officer (CO) and respond promptly.

    + Maintain flexible scheduling to ensure continuous on-site managerial coverage during normal duty hours.

    + Serve as the main point of contact for the contract to the Government with full decision-making authority.

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of three (3) consecutive years of experience within the last five (5) years as a manager or supervisor in a related field of comparable magnitude (management, administrative staff, and over 100 part-time employees).

    + College degree preferred but not required.

    + PMP Certification preferred but not required.

    + Must pass a background examination for suitability to support Law Enforcement training.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills
