    Role Summary

    Manages a team of pricing leaders which provides professional guidance and expertise to key business partners. Manager of pricing and/or sales variance processes, overall pricing strategy, pricing systems and personnel management.

    What You Will Do:

    + Manages and supervises pricing leaders that support price activities including price generation, process improvements and pricing operations and strategy.

    + Consults with senior leaders on key pricing metrics including sales variance forecast, profit impact and proposed pricing actions.

    + Manages pricing procedures and compliance while ensuring timely response to market business partners and market conditions.

    + Oversees the end-to-end operation and administration of the competitive pricing system and strategies.

    Benefits: This position is eligible for stock or other equity grants pursuant to Caterpillar’s long-term incentive plan.

    Summary Pay Range:

    $199,680.00 - $299,520.00

     

    Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
